breakfast had lots of options. it was really big and diverse, including a map to help you find everything.
The team was not so flexible when i asked for an upgrade. i felt they wasnt so cute about it. plus, the pool dont had a room where i could shower. I needed to change inside the toilet, and i didnt liked that.

I found the breakfast buffet extensive. It had a silver stream caravan functioning as a juice bar. the foyer displayed christmas decorations and created a festive atmosphere. the pool area on one of the upper floors was a real highlight. The staff kept the area clean and efficient.
i noticed the swimming pool lacked designated changing rooms or shower facilities, changing inside the toilet area. it was inconvenient.

the bts and airport rail link access is very nice. getting around the city and to the airport from the hotel feels effortless, so convenient. the breakfast had lots of choice, different cuisines made each morning a good discovery. i also loved the pools, each offering fine city views.
I noticed the pool lacked a dedicated shower or changing room. Using the toilet for changing wasn't ideal.

the location was fantastic!!! i took the airport railway and the hotel was right beside the bts station. i didn't need to go down to the main road because there's a direct exit. after you dessert is downstairs too!!!
the hotel team wasn't very flexible when i asked for an upgrade.
